As I feared, the chaos with the water heater has me running behind.<\/p>\n
The good news – we have the worst of the general damage cleaned up, and should hope to have access to the bedroom again by mid-week (access to the water heater is through the master bedroom closet – insane, but there it is).<\/p>\n

The bad news – the tank is definitely toast.\u00a0 We can see water dripping from multiple spots near the base.\u00a0 Replacing it is going to be expensive and, given the above mentioned location, something of a circus to get done.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For now, however, I have two more frames to render and a comic to assemble.<\/p>\n
